I do not owe the world jubilation. As any true scientest would know, the "Jubilation Factor" of a given group or "person" is affected only by "Outside Forces" and is not something one cn change from within. To increase one's own JF would be akin to picking one's self up by one's own bootstraps. So in summation, it is ovbious the Universe owes me some Jubliation!
